Bert was excellent. He really brought the neighbourhood alive for me. He had a deep personal knowledge of the neighbourhood from having lived there. It was a great afternoon! He deserves an A++.

I loved the tour with Tiago. It was definitely an "expert led" tour. He was deeply knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. He had hidden 'secrets' that I would not have found on my own. I give him a 5 out of 5 ... or even better at 10 out of 10!
